Repurposed Design Elements & Conservation: Whenever possible, Sareth uses architectural salvage recovered from vintage homes which is incorporated into our design elements. Our use of materials such as reclaimed antique glass windows as centerpieces in our homes bridges the gap between old and new resulting in stunning beauty.
Equity Partners & Self-Financing = Quality: Sareth Builders uses Private Equity to finance its building projects. We incur no debt and are not pressured to pay down bank loans which causes many builders to rush and take short cuts, often resulting in inferior product. Instead, Sareth will dedicate the time and resources needed to complete a project in the manner necessary to ensure it is as flawless as possible.
